Apex Professional University (APU) is a UGC-recognized private university located in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh. Established in 2013 by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh (Act No. 3 of 2013), APU offers a unique blend of traditional knowledge systems and modern professional education.
