The Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) founded the Army Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in 2004 amid the growing futuristic hi-tech city of Greater Noida. In the tranquil and green environment of Noida, the Army Institute of Management and Technology was originated. It is well-recognized for its cutting-edge facilities and sophisticated conveniences. Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), College of Materials Management (CMM), Jabalpur, established in 1995, was the Institute's precursor. The AIMT, Greater Noida Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is a two-year full-time program with four semesters. Candidates who have cleared the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/England, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India/England, or Institute of Company Secretaries of India's final examination are also eligible. Students are shortlisted by AIMT Noida based on their CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT exam scores. Candidates that are shortlisted must participate in the GD and PI rounds. The institute is going to publish a final merit list based on the admission exam score and performance in the GD and PI rounds after the aforesaid rounds.
