About Ghousia College of Engineering (GCE)

Ghousia College of Engineering (GCE), Ramanagaram, is a well-known engineering institution in Karnataka, established in 1980. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, and approved by AICTE and NBA. The college offers quality technical education with a focus on industry-oriented learning and research.


Admission Open 2025-26

Admissions for the 2025-26 academic year will be based on:

  • KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) – For Karnataka students

  • COMEDK UGET – For outside Karnataka students

  • Management Quota – Direct admissions based on merit


Eligibility

  • B.Tech: 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST).

  • M.Tech: Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline with a valid GATE/PGCET score.
