Sharda University Admission Process 2025-26

The Sharda University, Greater Noida admission procedure is clear and uncomplicated, and it is nearly the same for all of the college's courses. The process for each course is listed below:

Step 1: Candidates must first register on the Sharda admission site with their basic information. The system will generate a unique ID and password after a successful application submission.  Throughout the admissions process, the candidate's unique identification number will serve as the candidate's identity. An auto-generated email with the unique identification number and next steps will be sent to the candidate's email address.

Step 2: Applicants who meet the qualifying requirements must take SUAT-2021- Sharda University Admission Exam. SUAT-2021 is a 90-minute aptitude test that assesses a candidate's problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and language competence. The test will consist of 100 questions divided into parts such as logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and English comprehension, among others.

Step 3 : The candidate needs to bring the following documents for verification to the university :

●    12th grade marksheet photocopy

●    A photocopy of the tenth grade report card

●    Photocopy of JEE/ UPSEE/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ NATA/ LSAT/ LSAT or any other entrance test score card.

●    A photocopy of identification (Aadhar card, Pan card, or school certificate) is required.

●    Original Payment Receipt for Registration

'●    3 passport size photos

Step 4 : Successful candidates will be required to attend a personal interview (PI). A Group Discussion (GD) will be held on a certain date for applicants seeking admission to the MBA programme.

Step 5 : After the candidates were successfully selected, the chosen candidates have to pay the fees within fifteen days of their selection in the university.

Step 6 : The candidate must report to the Administrative Office of the relevant Schools on the dates specified by the University and enroll/register.

Admission Process 2025-26

The Sharda University Course Admission process 2025-26 is quite a simple one and is fair to all as the admission is selected by an admission test for all subjects that is organized by the university known as SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test). However, candidates need to meet some criterias even before they can sit for the admission test. They are :

●    All Undergraduate programmes need completion of Class 12th from any of India's recognised boards as a pre-qualification examination.

●    For foreign citizens, submitting a certificate equal to the country's Class 12th test and satisfying the equivalency standards of the 'Association of Indian Universities' is a pre-requisite for applying to any Undergraduate programmes.

●    Graduation from any accredited Indian institution serves as a pre-qualification requirement for all Postgraduate programmes.

●    The submission of a degree conferred by a university in a certain country and satisfying the equivalency standards of the 'Association of Indian Universities' are the pre-qualification criteria for all Postgraduate programmes for foreign nationals.

●    Applicants who are presently taking or have taken their final year graduation exams in the year 2021 are also eligible to apply for the Post Graduate Programme.

●    Applicants must be 17 years old on December 31st of the academic year in which they are seeking admission to qualify for admission to Sharda University in any Undergraduate programme.

After meeting these prerequisites the candidates are allowed to sit for the SUAT exam, the process for which is given below :

●    The candidate needs User Id and Password that they created during the application process, as they will need them throughout the online exam (SUAT- 2021).

●    Sharda University will transmit confirmation information to Exam. AT, who will activate the Online Examination Booking System (OEBS) for the applicant when the application cost of INR 1500 (for male applicants) and INR 1000 (for female candidates) is paid.

 ●    The candidate can choose his or her preferred exam date, time, and exam centre from the available options in the Online Examination Booking System (OEBS) (OEBS). ●    After successfully reserving a test slot on OEBS, the candidate will be able to print a tamper-proof admission card that contains all of the information needed for the exam.

●    Applicants must bring two copies of their hall ticket to the examination centre, along with a recent passport-size photograph. Applicants must bring relevant Photo ID proof (original) and Application Fee Deposit Proof (generated at the time of payment of the exam fee) to the SUAT- 2021 examination, or they will be ineligible to take the exam.

●    The Proctor will examine the applicant's hall ticket at the test centre and keep one copy, which will be sent to Sharda University for verification/validation at the time of the personal interview.
